Liability Waiver & Release

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE SIGNING. THIS IS A LEGAL DOCUMENT THAT AFFECTS YOUR RIGHTS.

1. ASSUMPTION OF RISK

I, the undersigned participant (or parent/legal guardian of a minor participant), acknowledge and understand that participation in laser tag activities organized by Laser Tagged (operated by Snow Much Fun Events, hereinafter referred to as "the Company") involves inherent risks. These risks include, but are not limited to:

• Slips, trips, and falls on various terrain including grass, pavement, gravel, or uneven ground
• Collisions with other participants, obstacles, structures, or objects
• Sprains, strains, bruises, cuts, or other musculoskeletal injuries resulting from running, dodging, crouching, or other physical movements
• Eye strain or irritation from infrared laser tag equipment
• Heat-related illness, dehydration, or sun exposure during outdoor activities
• Allergic reactions to outdoor environmental conditions
• Property damage to the venue or personal belongings
• Injuries resulting from the actions of other participants

I voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation, whether known or unknown, foreseeable or unforeseeable.

2. RELEASE AND WAIVER OF LIABILITY

In consideration of being permitted to participate in laser tag activities, I, on behalf of myself (and my minor child, if applicable), my heirs, personal representatives, assigns, and next of kin, hereby RELEASE, WAIVE, DISCHARGE, AND COVENANT NOT TO SUE Laser Tagged, Snow Much Fun Events, its owners, operators, employees, volunteers, agents, representatives, affiliates, and assigns (collectively, "Released Parties") from any and all liability, claims, demands, causes of action, damages, losses, or expenses (including attorney's fees) arising out of or related to any injury, illness, property damage, or death that may occur as a result of participation in laser tag activities, whether caused by negligence of the Released Parties or otherwise.

3. INDEMNIFICATION

I agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Released Parties from any and all claims, demands, lawsuits, judgments, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including attorney's fees) brought by or on behalf of myself, my minor child, or any third party, arising out of or related to my (or my minor child's) participation in laser tag activities.

4. EQUIPMENT AND SAFETY RULES

I acknowledge that:

• I will follow all safety rules and instructions provided by Laser Tagged staff at all times
• I will use all laser tag equipment (LaserX guns and targets) only as directed and intended
• I will not engage in rough physical contact, fighting, or any dangerous behavior during gameplay
• I am responsible for any damage to equipment caused by misuse, intentional abuse, or negligence
• I will immediately report any equipment malfunction or safety concern to Laser Tagged staff
• I understand that failure to follow safety rules may result in removal from gameplay without refund

5. MEDICAL ACKNOWLEDGMENT

I confirm that the participant is in good physical health and has no medical conditions that would prevent safe participation in physical laser tag activities. I understand that laser tag involves running, crouching, dodging, and other physical movements. If the participant has any medical condition, physical limitation, or disability that may affect their ability to safely participate, I will disclose this information to Laser Tagged staff prior to gameplay.

6. PHOTO AND VIDEO RELEASE

I grant Laser Tagged and Snow Much Fun Events permission to photograph and/or record video of the participant during activities and to use such images/videos for promotional, marketing, social media, and website purposes without compensation. I may opt out of this provision by notifying staff in writing prior to the event.

7. VENUE AND PROPERTY

I understand that Laser Tagged provides mobile services at locations chosen by the event host. The Company is not responsible for pre-existing hazards or conditions at the venue. The event host is responsible for ensuring the designated play area is reasonably safe and free of known hazards. Neither Laser Tagged nor Snow Much Fun Events shall be liable for any damage to the venue property during gameplay.

8. WEATHER AND CANCELLATION

I understand that outdoor events may be affected by weather conditions. Laser Tagged reserves the right to postpone or cancel events due to unsafe weather conditions including lightning, extreme heat, or severe storms. Rescheduling policies will be communicated at the time of booking.

9. PARENT/GUARDIAN AGREEMENT (FOR MINORS UNDER 18)

If the participant is under 18 years of age, I, as the parent or legal guardian, hereby consent to the minor's participation in laser tag activities and agree to all terms of this waiver on their behalf. I accept full responsibility for the minor's conduct and any damages caused by the minor during activities.

10. GOVERNING LAW AND SEVERABILITY

This waiver shall be governed by the laws of the state in which the event is held. If any provision of this waiver is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. This waiver shall remain in effect for all future participation in Laser Tagged events unless revoked in writing.

11. ACKNOWLEDGMENT AND AGREEMENT

By signing below, I acknowledge that:

• I have read this waiver in its entirety and fully understand its contents
• I am voluntarily giving up substantial legal rights, including the right to sue
• I am signing this waiver freely and without duress
• I am at least 18 years of age, or I am the parent/legal guardian of the minor participant
• I understand that this waiver is binding upon myself, my heirs, my minor child, and my representatives
