- FormSubmit.co forwards the data to our email address (snowmuchfun.events@gmail.com)
- FormSubmit.co does not store your submission data permanently
- We do not use cookies or tracking scripts on our website

5. PHOTOS AND VIDEOS
We may photograph or record video during events for promotional purposes. Regarding event media:
- Photo/video consent is addressed in our Liability Waiver (Section 6)
- You may opt out of photo/video use by notifying our staff in writing before your event
- Photos shared on our website or social media will not include full names of participants unless explicitly authorized
- If you would like a photo removed from our website or social media, contact us and we will remove it promptly
6. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
Laser Tagged provides entertainment services for participants ages 10 and older. We are committed to protecting children's privacy:

- All bookings and form submissions must be made by a parent, guardian, or adult (18+)
- Liability waivers for minors must be signed by a parent or legal guardian
